Mäletan peetide röstimist Anni kokaraamatust aga tal oli ilma fetata versioon ja üks tookordne katsetus ei olnud eriti elamusterohke.
I like baking but cooking is not my favorite thing to do. But the truth is that sometimes I need to prepare something at home for lunch and its not easy task for me. Yesterday I got some fresh small beetroots from mom´s garden. I cleaned those, cut into slices, added garlic, olive oil, pepper mix and wrapped to foil. Then placed in the oven and cooked around 1 hour. Finally added some feta and some more oil and cooked more 5-10 minutes. It was just delicious! :). So simple and so good, mmmm.
