Digital Musem

Muisist on palju kõneldud ja seal ka ohjeldamatult surfatud. Vahelduseks piiluks ka Põhjamaadesse. On selline digikogu nagu Digital Musem, mis kujutab endast alljärgnevat:

Norwegian and Swedish museums have large and fascinating collections. Traditionally, these have mainly been shown in the museums’ exhibitions and publications. Large parts of the collections have therefore rarely, or never, been accessible to the general public. DigitaltMuseum is now making the museum collections available for everyone, easily accessible wherever you are.
There are separate websites for Norway and Sweden: www.digitaltmuseum.no www.digitaltmuseum.se

Contents

Most objects on DigitaltMuseum are published by museums and archives that use the collections management software Primus. Each institution has set up its own policy for what content to publish, and is responsible for making sure that copyright laws and other relevant laws are followed.
Most of the objects are published with data such as description, history, related names, places, classifications and references. This data has been registered at different times, on different institutions and by different people which means that even objects that are similar can have differing information. Sometimes the publishing museums have more information about the objects than what is published on DigitaltMuseum.

Selles leidub ka kindaid Eestist, nt see, see ja see

Kui otsida sõnaga "vantar", näete erinevaid kindaid. On ikka erinevad küll :)
